01 / ENGINEERING BOUNDARY
A controlled
sample scope.
A hypothetical brownfield modification derived from the future P-001 baseline. Changes to drives, sensors and field terminations are tracked by revision; no actual site walkdown or as-built verification is implied.
Demonstration assumptions
- Starting point: controlled baseline drawings (Rev A) from P-001, once available.
- Change request: replace two VFDs, add field instruments and extend PLC I/O allocation.
- Update schematics, component references, terminals, cable schedule and enclosure arrangement.
- Record every modification, open assumption and review comment; Rev B remains a demonstration, not site-verified as-built.
Technical references: IEC/EN 60204-1 for machine electrical equipment where applicable; IEC/EN 61439-1/-2 for applicable LV assemblies; IEC 81346 and IEC 61082 for structure and documentation; original client rules take precedence where contractually required.
