Enquiry data handling — pre-launch draft

Before public launch this text must be completed with the verified legal identity and business address of the individual entrepreneur, contact details, processor and retention schedules.

What is collected

Non-confidential RFQ and partner form submissions: contact name, business email, company, requested services, country/market, scope summary and any calculator scope voluntarily included. No technical drawings are accepted in the public form.

Why

To receive and respond to engineering enquiries, evaluate requests and arrange confidentiality and supplier-onboarding discussions. The lawful basis and applicable privacy requirements must be verified before publication.

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare provides site hosting/anti-bot checks. Transactional enquiry notifications are planned via an email delivery provider. The business mailbox provider is to be confirmed. Actual subprocessor identities, data locations, retention and transfer controls must be recorded after setup.

Retention and rights

Set a defensible retention period, delete test enquiries, and document privacy request handling. Do not submit sensitive, personal health or confidential customer project data through these demo forms.
