How the calculation works

Hours = (fixed work-package setup + quantity × unit-hour allowance) × complexity × input-data maturity × documentation/QC intensity × review-round factor.

The output uses an indicative uncertainty range that widens as source information becomes less complete. Client approval scope, sign-off responsibility and licensed tools are treated separately.
