- Submit controlled review package; resolve agreed comments and issue final deliverables

- Latest P&IDs, equipment list and process interface description
- Instrument/process datasheets and approved vendor packages
- Instrument index, I/O list and applicable loop/termination conventions
- Project document revision policy and planned technical review rounds

- Tag and equipment IDs reconcile across drawings and registers
- Revision, document numbers and exported file formats match the agreed register
- Open assumptions and unresolved design interfaces are explicitly logged
- Device cross-references, terminal/wire assignments and BOM match the schematic design
- I/O types, loop terminals, instrument tags and associated cable identifiers are consistent
