01 / DEFINE THE ASSET

Equipment first.
Deliverables second.

Selected instrumentation, control hardware and drawing deliverables can be supplied as a defined remote subcontract. The responsible OEM / EPC team controls process design and approval.

PROCUREMENT CHECKLIST
  1. Confirm technical equipment boundary and process interfaces
  2. Select destination market and applicable owner standards
  3. Define document register, native files and review cycles
  4. Agree responsibility, RFQ and confidentiality arrangements
TYPICAL ENGINEERING ISSUE

Drawings, schedules and controlled deliverables.

Define the document register by equipment, country and client specification. Select only the files needed for your subcontract.
