Engineering documentation. One work package at a time.

I’m Stanislav Belkin, an independent I&C and electrical engineering specialist. I help EPC, OEM and integration teams organise, develop and review defined engineering deliverables.

02 — Engineering budget

Enough detail to budget. Not a misleading fixed price.

Choose the task, enter the volume, rate and maturity of the supplied data. The estimator displays likely effort, an uncertainty range and an indicative budget. You can export the assumptions for internal discussion.

Hours = setup + quantity × unit effort, adjusted for complexity, inputs and reviews.
Actual estimate uses editable assumptions.
03 — Technical references

Open a sample.
See how the work is structured.

Illustrative training/reference designs — clearly distinguished from delivered client projects. Each example explains a different market context.

Note: A referenced standard does not imply certification or authority to sign off regulated design. Local requirements and exact applicability must be confirmed per scope.

04 — Who does the work

A real person.
A clear point of responsibility.

I’m Stanislav, an industrial automation professional with around 16 years of experience across process industries, industrial technology and EPC project interfaces.

My background includes work at Rosatom, Yokogawa, Siemens, Emerson and METRAN. For each proposed deliverable, the scope, my role, the available source data and any need for specialist support are agreed explicitly.

ENGINEER’S NOTE / 01
“A useful drawing package is one that another engineer can actually pick up, check and build from.”

That is the standard of clarity I aim for: traceable inputs, documented assumptions and controlled revisions.

05 — How an enquiry works

Simple procurement, without surprises.

01 /

Send a defined task

Share a non-confidential document list, quantity and expected output format.

02 /

Confirm inputs and exclusions

Agree data quality, standards, revisions and acceptance criteria.

03 /

Protect confidential material

Discuss NDA and supplier details before exchanging sensitive project files.

04 /

Receive a scope & estimate

Review delivery milestones or time-and-materials assumptions.

For engineering and procurement teams

A better RFQ starts with better inputs.

Not sure which drawings, data and specifications are needed? The preparation guide maps typical inputs to deliverables before you request a quotation.
